• Client Termination: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice. However, you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges up until the date of termination.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your access to the services, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breach Proof Solutions LLC and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Jurisdiction: The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.

We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, terrorism, labor disruptions, or technical failures.
